On Scotland’s west coast, Alderlea House in Oban is just 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the shops and Highland Theatre. It offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and full cooked breakfasts. Each room has en suite bathroom facilities with shower or bath and complementary toiletries. There is a TV with satellite channels and tea and coffee facilities. A full cooked breakfast is served each morning, along with a continental selection. Oban is known as Scotland’s seafood capital, and has many restaurants and cafés nearby. The town has a range of independent shops and larger stores, and is the departure point for ferry crossings to the Isle of Mull.
