1. damage to the property or furnishings;

2. Cleaning fee includes light cleaning. Stains, dirt or heavy soil stains and other mess requiring excessive cleaning require an extra fee to be determined on a per-case basis.

3. Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
