Please note:

- You must let North Beach Studio know your expected arrival time, so you can meet with the owner, get keys and have an introduction. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- Payment is made through an invoice North Beach Studio will email you.

- This is a basement studio. There are limited windows and sunlight.

- Daily housekeeping services, bedding, bath towels and basic bathroom supplies are included.

- The refrigerator next door periodically goes on and off but the sound level is no higher than an air-conditioning unit.

- Washer/dryer facilities are coin-operated and shared with the building.

- No parties are allowed during your stay.

- Additional charges apply if you smoke, don't return the keys, disturb the neighbors, have pets, have a party, damage items or have undeclared guests during your stay.

- Please note: We accept 1 or 2 nights bookings if they completely fill an empty slot between other bookings; otherwise, bookings must be for 3 days or more. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform North Beach Studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
