Stunning city views, an outdoor pool with sun loungers, and a movie room are all on offer at this luxurious five-storey villa located in the Angelino Heights neighbourhood. From Downtown View Villa, you will be in Hollywood within a 10-minute drive.

Located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods, this spacious villa features six bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms with a spa bath, and a recreation floor where you can play a heated match of table tennis or watch your favourite movie. All rooms are stylishly decorated and ooze sophistication.

The main floor has a stylish, fully-equipped open kitchen with granite countertops and wooden cabinets. Everything you will need to prepare a full course meal, including an oven, a stovetop, kitchenware and even a dishwasher, are provided.

The backyard’s furnished, multi-level patio is perfect for sunbathing, swimming laps, barbecuing or dining al fresco. You can also relax and forget about your worries while soaking in the hot tub.

Free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels and a washing machine are some of the convenient amenities that Villa Downtown View will offer you.

Car hire, babysitting and massage services can all be arranged at your request. You can find a supermarket within a 4-minute walk, and a restaurant and bar within a 10-minute walk. If you are up for some sightseeing, the Hollywood Walk of Fame is just an 8-minute drive from the house.

Accidental Damage Insurance in the amount of 179 USD (non-refundable) is required for all reservations.

A security deposit of 1000 USD is required 7 days prior to arrival and is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
