Located just 5 blocks from Lake Pend Oreille, this decorative Sandpoint cottage features a large, fenced back yard and a willow tree. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The Lake Street Cottage offers 3 individually decorated bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a full, country-style kitchen. Cable TV, an iPod docking station and a washing machine are also included. Guests of the cottage are welcome to hold a private cookout in the back yard or relax on the front porch. Bikes may be borrowed for free to ride around the town. The property will request a refundable damage deposit of USD 200.00 5 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be returned to the guest within 5 days from departure date, provided that no damage has occurred.
This property only accepts PayPal as a form of payment. Once guests makes a reservation, the property will contact the guest directly to confirm the reservation and send additional payment instructions. Payments must be received within 72 hours of receiving reservation confirmation. If payments have not been received within 72 hours from day of booking, the property has the right to cancel reservations for unpaid cottages.
