A security deposit of USD 69.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit covers guests up to USD 1500.00 worth of accidental damages. This deposit is non-refundable. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cedarwood Villa in Clermont CW1217 in advance of your expected arrival time. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. IPG Florida Vacation Homes will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
