Built in 1901 and renovated into a guesthouse, Eolya is located in the historic part of Ayvalik among other old buildings. This family-run house offers cosy rooms, free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk service. All rooms are simply but tastefully decorated at Eolya Guesthouse. They include air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Breakfast buffet is served out in the garden where jasmines’ perfumery fills the air. Local cheeses, olives and jams, such as black mulberry jam, are offered. Guests can also taste special omelettes and bakeries. Dinner is prepared on request. Sarimsakli Beach is 8 km away. Cunda Island is about a 12-minute drive from Eolya Guesthouse. Balikesir Koca Seyit Airport is 42 km away. A shuttle service can be arranged on request at an additional fee.
