A private plunge pool surrounded by coconut plantations can be enjoyed during your stay at The Jim at D2 Villas, which is only a 15-minute drive from the island’s popular Chaweng beach area. Set in the private residential complex of Design Square, The Jim’s rooftop terrace serves as the perfect place to get a tan while enjoying views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.

Featuring a private entrance, these detached and uniquely designed 1-bedroom villas have an open plan living space, free WiFi and air conditioning. You can enjoy watching satellite channels on the flat-screen TV while kicking back on the sofa. The kitchen comes with everything that you’ll need to prepare your meals, including a stovetop, microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster. You and your friends can enjoy dining al fresco at the outdoor dining area.

There is a double bed with curtains to provide you with a little more privacy, and the separate bathroom has shower facilities. Alternatively, you can enjoy a soak in the outdoor bathtub while breathing in the fresh air. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

If a day of relaxation has left you too lazy to cook, the nearest restaurants are a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride from the villas. Ranging from local Thai restaurants in the hills to fine dining options by the sea, Samui Island has some magnificent dining options. If you’re not sure where to go, ask the staff for some suggestions.  

To make the most of your stay here, rent a car or motorbike. Samui Airport is 5 km away, and the flight from Bangkok takes around 1 hour. Shopping can be done near any of the main beach areas and a supermarket can be found just a 5-minute drive away.
