Featuring a magnificent 240-metre pool, the property also provides free Wi-Fi. Situated 1 km from Bangkok Hospital, the apartment is a 1.5-km drive away to the Market Village. Hua Hin Town is 3.2 km from the property. It takes 2.5 hours to drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Spacious and air-conditioned, each room is fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV, seating area and fully-equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy views of the pool, garden or beach from the private balcony. Shower facilities are included in an en suite bathroom. Boasting an outdoor pool, the apartment also offers a water park and fitness centre. A 24-hour security service is available.

Please note the property is not a serviced apartment or hotel, therefore some services are not available, and all guests are required to follow the condominium rules and regulations.
Apartments are assigned based on availability and cannot be changed once confirmed. Linens and towels will be provided according to the number of guests. No extras will be provided.
A refundable key deposit of THB 2,000 is required for bookings made up to 7 nights and THB 5,000 for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Additional charges will apply for guests checking in after 20:00 or checking out before 08:00 hrs.
Housekeeping services are provided twice a week for guests who stay a minimum of 6 nights.
Electricity fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit for guests who stay longer than 20 nights.
Please note that cleaning fees are included in room rates.
The residence only provides 1 free car park per unit booked. Parking space is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and may be full during peak periods.
Guests are required to sign and abide by the rental terms & conditions as well as the property rules & regulations.
