Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment on the booking date and the balance 50% payment 30days before arrival date.

Guests must deposit 20,000 Baht for security insurance on the day of arrival, it will be returned to the lessee no later than 7 days after check out. If there is any damage and costs that exceed the amount of the deposit, the lessee will remain liable to the lessor to pay the same promptly.

Please note that this a 4-bedroom villa and only 2 persons can be accommodated per bedroom.
- Booking of 2 persons can be accommodated in 1 bedrooms.
- Booking of 4 persons can be accommodated in 2 bedrooms.
- Booking of 6 persons can be accommodated in 3 bedrooms.
- Booking of 8 persons can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms.
