The hotel requires 80% of total booking amount prepayment via Bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking time with the Payment details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 4 days after the booking date. The remaining balance of total booking amount is to be settled directly at the hotel upon check-in.
Please be informed that the villa is a 45-minute drive from Krabi Airport; thus, guests are required by to reserve an airport pick-up service with the hotel directly. The one-way airport pick-up service is THB 900 per van. The pick-up van can accommodate up to 10 persons. Extra guests will have to reserve the extra van with the hotel. The cost of transfer will be settled directly to the van driver. Please provide travel details upon making reservation under "Special Requests".
