Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 18:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly at least 24 hour prior to arrival. Check-ins after 18:00 hrs cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the property. Please note that upon check-in, all guests staying at the property must provide their full name and a photo copy of their photo identification or passport.

The property is located in a residential development. Hosting parties must come with permission from the owner and excessive noise is not allowed after 21:00 hrs.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, such as the balcony or patio, providing that the door to inside remains closed. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in an ashtry.

Room rates are for 8 persons. Non-registered guests are subject to an additional charge. The maximum occupancy of this property is 10 guests.

Please be informed that cleaning services and linen changes are not included in the room rates, except for final cleaning. Additional cleaning services come at an additional charge.

Please be informed that room rates include a daily average of 75 kilowatts of electricity usage per day. Additional usage will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt.

A security deposit of THB 10000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
