The property is located in a residential development. Hosting parties must come with permission from the owner and excessive noise is not allowed after 21:00 hrs.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, such as the balcony or patio, providing that the door to inside remains closed. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in an ashtry.

Room rates are for 8 persons. Non-registered guests are subject to an additional charge. The maximum occupancy of this property is 10 guests.

Please be informed that cleaning services and linen changes are not included in the room rates, except for final cleaning. Additional cleaning services come at an additional charge.

Please be informed that room rates include a daily average of 75 kilowatts of electricity usage per day. Additional usage will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt.

The property requires prepayment via PayPal or bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the PayPal link or bank account details. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 24 hours once email is received. Please inform Villa Med in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of THB 10000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
