Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, such as the balcony or patio, providing that the door to inside remains closed. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in an ashtry.

Room rates are for 2 persons. Non-registered guests are subject to an additional charge. The maximum occupancy of this property is 4 guests.

Please be informed that cleaning services and linen changes are not included in the room rates, except for final cleaning. Additional cleaning services come at an additional charge.

Please be informed that room rates include a daily average of 50 kilowatts of electricity usage per day. Additional usage will be charged at THB 7 per kilowatt.
