Nestled away in a secure residential complex, Jomtien Pool Villa Crystal is a 2-bedroom villa located merely 700 metres from Jomtien Beach. Surrounded by a perimeter wall for privacy, this 2-bedroom villa features a patio with a small pool and outdoor dining tables. The property’s location will surely be convenient for your stay as there are restaurants, shops and public transportation all within walking distance.

Entering through a secure gate, you arrive at the patio where you will find the pool on your left, sun loungers with an umbrella and 2 tables. Tucked away in the corner is an outdoor shower.

Sliding glass doors open to the open plan living space with a ceiling fan, leather sofa and a large flat-screen cable TV. Beyond that is the kitchen area with a dining counter. You can prepare meals with use of the stovetop and microwave.  

The air-conditioned bedrooms both have a king-sized bed and they share a bathroom with a shower. If you choose to sleep in the master bedroom, you get to benefit from your own flat-screen TV and direct access to
the patio through sliding doors. Bed linen and towels are provided for added convenience.

Jomtien Pool Villa is a roughly a 10-minute ride from the exciting Pattaya City and the famous nightlife on Walking Street. A round of golf can be played 12.6 km away at Phoenix Golf and Country Club. Alternatively, shopaholics can take a 20-minute ride to Central Festival Pattaya Beach or a 5-minute ride to Outlet Mall. There is cheap public transportation that runs along popular routes, but car hire can also be arranged if you feel like taking full control of your holiday.

A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
