Payment:
You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card.
Damage Deposit:
Please note that Vision Apartments requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is CHF 1500. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
Check-In:
Please note that Vision Apartments has no reception in the building. The access code to the main entrance of the building and your apartment will be sent to you on the day of arrival until 14:00 at the latest.
Please provide photo ID:
Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS.
Cleaning:
For stays longer than 6 nights, a weekly change of bed linen and towels is included in the price
Required access:
Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for the following:
• weekly cleanings and repairs by a technician
• viewing appointments with potential clients
