Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: non-smokers only. Please note, the sofa bed is a clic-clac, advised for children. For the washing machine and tumble dryer, please ask reception for a card, deposit CHF20 + charges. In.winter it is obligatory to hire the garage for 50 CHF/Week.

- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 CHF will be required upon arrival for damages.
