In the district of Les Esserts, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Leysin, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the ski-run, located by a road, south-east facing position. Private: natural state grounds. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: ski storage, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. (15 steps). Covered parking (for 2 cars). Grocers 1.2 km, supermarket 450 m, restaurant 300 m, bar, café 500 m, railway station "Feydey" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 450 m. Cable cabin, ski school 200 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
