Private: grounds (fenced), large, nice garden, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (above ground) angular (8 x 3 m, 15.05.-31.10.). Outside shower, patio (50 m2), pergola (12 m2), terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access (mountain road). Parking (for 3 cars) in the grounds. Shop 2 km, bus stop "Morcote, Pradon" 80 m, railway station "Melide" 5 km, bathing lake "Lago di Lugano (Ceresio)" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Swiss Miniature 5 km, Morcote 4 km, Lugano 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano (Ceresio) 2 km. Please note: suitable for families.
