For shared use: indoor pool angular (3 x 15 m) with roller cover. Outside shower. Motor access to 50 m from the grounds. Stepped path (110 steps) to the house. Parking at 50 m in the grounds, individual garage by the house. Shop, grocers 500 m, supermarket 700 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 300 m. Nearby attractions: Swiss Miniatur, Melide 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago die Lugano 3 km. Please note: car essential.
