Located at the Schönbühl Cable Car Station, Berggasthaus Zum singenden Kuhstall in Lungern-Schönbüel has direct access to the ski slopes. The property has an outdoor whirlpool with panoramic views of the surrounding Alpine landscape. Rooms are simply furnished and share bathroom facilities. Most rooms are very bright and have views of the mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Some have wood-paneled walls. A ski storage room is on site. Ski equipment hire and ski passes can be arranged at Berggasthaus Zum singenden Kuhstall too. Freshly baked bread can be enjoyed at breakfast in the morning. The Wildwest Red Grizzli Saloon serves regional cuisine and hot and cold drinks. These can be enjoyed in the spacious indoor dining area or on the sun terrace. Schwanden bei Brienz and Lake Brienz are a 15-minute drive away. A variety of shops and restaurants can be visited there. Brienz Train Station can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
