Terrace covered, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's highchair. Please note: telephone for incoming calls only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only CH. Wood can be bought at an extra charge. House/Residence Chalet, built in 1950. Directly by the woods edge, 10 m from the lake. Private: garden. Barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking. Grocers 2.5 km, restaurant 250 m, railway station 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3.2 km. Tennis 3.2 km, ski lift 7 km, cross-country ski trail 50 m, ice rink 3.2 km. The house is separated from the lake by a side road with lawn and swimming. Grocers in summer, 100 m. Centre, 2.6 km.
