Peacefully situated on Ekerö Island, the family-owned Asknäs Gård offers a private jetty by Lake Mälaren, 300 metres away. The royal Drottningholm Castle is an 18-minute drive away. Rooms at cottages have either garden, meadow or sea views. All have access to shared bathroom facilities. Some have a private terrace. The 800-metre fruit tree avenue leading to Asknäs Gård is Sweden’s longest. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or fish in the private pond. Bicycles can be rented on site. A breakfast can be bought each morning. The in-house café is open from Friday until Sunday during the summer. Mälarö Skytteholm Golf Club is a 12-minute drive away. Stockholm city centre is 24 km away.
