Uniquely set over 4 floors in a water tower from 1915, this modern apartment is 10 minutes’ walk from central Ystad. It offers free Wi-Fi and panoramic views from the 9th-floor lookout point. A fully equipped kitchen is provided on the 6th-floor at Gamla Vattentornet, as well as a large dining area, long bar and flat-screen TV. Breakfast products are placed in the fridge prior to arrival. A personal chef can be organised, if arranged in advance. The Moroccan-inspired lounge area is on the 8th-floor, while Vattentornet’s 7th-floor features the bedroom and a comfortable seating area with leather sofas. Sunrises and sunsets, as well as Ystad and Baltic Sea views can be enjoyed. The fresh, contemporary bathroom includes a rain shower and bathtub. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The Ystad Ferry Terminal is 3.5 km away, while the Baltic Sea is 20 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
