This mountain lodge is remotely located at the base of Mount Kebnekaise, 19 km from the town of Nikkaluokta. It features ski-to-door access, scenic hiking opportunities and an in-house restaurant and café. Guests at Kebnekaise Fjällstation STF can enjoy an on-site store that sells food, maps, clothing and sports equipment. Skis, boots, snow shoes, backpacks and a variety of other gear are available for rent on site. It also offers free sauna access and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Basic furnishings with shared bathroom facilities are provided at Kebnekaise Fjällstation in private or dormitory rooms. Some are located in the main building, while others are in the 3 annexes. From Nikkaluokta, guests can reach the property by hiking, skiing or arranging other transportation such as snowmobile, dog sled, boat or helicopter. The Kungsleden hiking trail is 14 km away. Staff can help arrange area activities such as fishing, as well as mountain and ice climbing.
