The property is serviced twice a week during your stay. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request.

The property requires passport copies for each guest at least 24 hours before arrival to allow time to facilitate access approval from the community security office. If your arrival is on Friday or Saturday, please send your information on the Wednesday before you arrive.

Check-in and key collection will be at the property itself. An estimated arrival time and flight if applicable are required to facilitate a smooth arrival and access to the property.

Unauthorized parties and gatherings are not allowed per the community rules.

All guests staying overnight will need to get a security pass and need to be registered as guests of the property.

An email will be sent to you with detailed directions to the property after your booking is completed.
