The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, which was built in 2006 and offers a communal outdoor swimming pool with views over the golf course and lake nearby. The apartment can accommodate up to six persons. In the living area you can watch cable-TV and there is a DVD-player. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Free internet access, a washing machine, air conditioning and gas heating is available. One bedroom with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. There is sleeping space for two persons on a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and toilet. You can relax on the covered terrace of 11 m2 with garden furniture. There is a shared plot and an outside shower. Parking space is available in the garage. The golf course is in 1.5 km, where you also can find several restaurants and shops. City Sucina is 4 km from the accommodation and the distance to the sea/sandy beach and airport is 25 km.
