For the cooler winter evenings there is a complete gas CV system which can also be individually adjusted. This makes this residence ideal for the winter.The holiday home has the luxury of a private roof terrace with a lovely view of the entire resort with the expansive golf courses on one side. and the surrounding countryside and many fruit orchards on the other. Here you have a lounge set with bench and stools and extra lounge chairs to enjoy the Spanish sun. and a BBQ of course.The holiday home is only a few minutes by foot to the commercial centre of the resort. where you will find the club house. various bars and restaurants. a well stocked supermarket. a bank and even a hairdresser. You can also use one of the more than 10 communal swimming pools on the resort. which have jacuzzi pools and children s pools. Finally. the golf resort also has two tennis courts which can be used for free (reservation obligatory during the high season).
