Detached villa with private swimming pool on the Mazarrón Country Club resort on the Costa Calida. The holiday home is nicely decorated and has all modern comforts. From the living room/diner you walk right onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy the sun. For a cool down you can take a dip in the lighted swimming pool. From the roof terrace you have a view over the resort and the surrounding green mountain ranges. It is also the ideal winter destination. thanks to the mild climate.If don t want to cook. the restaurant on the resort or restaurants nearby are a good alternative. Guests can use the communal swimming pool with childrens pool. the tennis courts and jeu de boules court on the resort for a fee. The closest golf course is about 5 minutes away in the car.There are numerous beaches in the direct vicinity. within ten minutes drive. The (resort) town of Bolnuevo and the town of Mazarrón are also worth a visit. Be sure to take a look at the provincial capital of Murcia. with its lively centre with various shops and nightlife options (about 60 km). or visit the old harbour town of Cartagena (about 20 km). In the surrounding area you can take lovely walks through the Sierra Espuna nature park.
