This well-appointed accommodation on the first floor is a penthouse apartment with a lovely roof terrace. The inviting solarium terrace with views towards the Sierra Espuña and the golf course is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. The roof terrace includes a barbecue and a large table to seat six. Afterwards you can relax in the well-furnished seating area, enjoy the view, and take in the sun. The open plan lounge is well furnished and comes with plasma television, cable television and DVD player. The dining area has a table with six comfortable chairs for those nights in. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Furthermore two double bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilet, and bidet. To cater for your needs you will find coat hangers, an iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer. The accommodation is part of a two story block built in a Mediterranean style. The south west facing building is well placed in an exuberant leafy garden with Mediterranean architecture and includes an adult and children's swimming pool and play area. You can enjoy tennis, paddle ball or squash in the nearby sports complex or relax in bars and restaurants located in town center. This Condado de Alhama Golf Resort is situated in a privileged position on the highest part of the Condado and offers great views of the surrounding area and mountains. The par-72 Championship Course which was designed by Jack Nicklaus, is an great challenge for players on any level. The course is furthermore enhanced by four big lakes, dramatic bunkering and perfectly playing conditions.
