The three-bedroom apartment is located in a brick/stone house in the city of Aguilas-Calabardina, which was refurbished in 2009 and offers panoramic view of the city and see. The apartment can accommodate up to six persons. In the living area you can watch TV or listen to the music on CD player with Hi-Fi system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric cooker, coffee brewer, microwave with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Central heating is available. Two bedrooms have double bed and one two double beds. Bathrooms have bathtub and toilet . You can relax on the opened terrace of 120m2 with garden furniture, barbeque and sun loungers, for your car you can use a garage. Within 150 meters you can find several restaurants and shops. City Aguilas and Murcia are 4 kilometers from the property, the distance to the sandy beach is 150 meters and to the airport about 80 kilometers.
