This large, air-conditioned apartment features avant-garde design and luxury furniture. It has a spacious lounge with a 42-inch plasma Apple™ TV, a Le Corbusier sofa, DVD player and Nintendo™ Wii. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms and a room with bunk beds. There is a relaxing area with Le Corbusier chaise longue, and a work area. Various pieces of exercise equipment and a fitness mat are provided. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The bright, modern kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a toaster and a kettle. The private terrace has loungers in the summer, and offers great views of Alcalá Street. Just outside is the popular celebrity hotspot restaurant El Rincón de Jaén, as well as Ventas Metro Station. Retiro Park is a 4-minute drive away, and Puerta del Sol is 7 Metro Stops away.
