This is a two-room apartment 55 m2 on 1st floor of the building, built in 2009. It has a living room with dining area, one double sofa bed, flat screen TV and air-conditioning. One room with one french bed. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and dining table. One bathroom with shower and toilet. General facilities include gas heating, terrace 11 m2 with terrace furniture, two deck chairs, elevator and view of the resort. Guests will also find washing machine and free WiFi internet access. Grocers are 100 metres away, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station 300 m, underground station "L-6 Arganzuela-Planetario" 150 m.
