This superb holiday home is in the Castellans quarter of Javea. It has a private swimming pool. The comfortable holiday home is at the foot of Mount Montgó and near the national park. It is 3 km from the beach. The traditional fishing village of Javea with its boulevard. restaurants. cafes and shops is only 1.5 km away. You can enjoy panoramic views of Javea and the surrounding countryside from the home. The home is around 224m2. It is all on one level and furnished with great care. There is a covered terrace and a tropical garden with fruit and olive trees. You can enjoy water sports in the surrounding area. Golfers can enjoy themselves here too. The City of Valencia is around 100 km from the home. The City of Alicante is 90 km. They are both definitely worth a visit. You can also enjoy an excursion to Ibiza. The ferry crossing takes 3 hours. You can see Ibiza from the roof terrace in good weather.
