Terraced house "Jardines del Saladar" is situated in the centre of Javea, in a central, busy position, 200 m from the sea. The five-room terraced house. The living/dining room is on the ground floor, it has a satellite-TV and exit to the patio. The kitchen is equipped in an oven, a microwave and a freezer. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms one with double bed, second with a two single beds. The third bedroom has a private bathroom with a bath, a bidet and a toilet. On the second floor is an another bedroom with two single beds an a separate toilet. This floor is without heating. For shared use you will have a garden, a swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps, paddling pool. A shop, a restaurant and a bar are 50 metres away from the property, sandy beach "Arenal" is 200 metres away. If you would like to try yourself in tennis, you don't have to go further than 100 metres from the property.
