Holiday home Ficus is a 2-storey building, built in 2011. In the district of Tosalet Fase III, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 2 km from the sea. 6-room villa 200 m2 offers 4 bedrooms, several bathrooms, large furnished terrace and a living/dining room with swedish stove and air-conditioning. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor: small living room with TV (flat screen TV), DVD, DVD collection available and air-conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Reserved parking (covered, fenced 2 cars). Please note: TV only ES. On request the house also has a motorboat for 4 people which can be placed at the disposition of the clients (extra). There is a private garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) Nearest supermarket, restaurant are 1 km away, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km.
