This villa is in the district of Adsubia, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea. Supermarket is 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 2 km away from the house. This 4-room villa (180 m2, on 2 levels) features a large living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and stereo unit, 1 room with 1 french bed, 1 room with 2 beds, a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine) and a bathroom (shower/WC). in addition on the upper floor there are 1 room with 1 french bed and a bath/WC. Further facilities include two large terraces, terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6), view of the sea.,floor heating, sun terrace, central heating, burglar alarm, washing machine, safe, iron and a garage.
