Room cleaning is done weekly (included). Supermarket is in 1 km, restaurant in 1 km, bus stop in 300 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" in 1 km and bathing bay in 200 m. distance.

A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
