A family friendly single-family house "Euskaldun Etxea" is situated in the district of Toscal, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.5 km. from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. The four-room house has a living/dining room with open fireplace and TV (flat screen TV), fan and exit to the terrace. There two bedrooms,where each of them has two single beds. One bedroom has a french bed. A large kitchen is equipped in an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine, kitchen island. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6) are to your disposal. Private: well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower. The supermarket and restaurant are 500 m. away from the property, sandy beach "Arenal" 2.5 km, bathing bay 1.5 km.
