Castell De Guadalest is a four-bedroom 2-storey villa 400 m2 in a residential district of Aduanes del Mar, Jávea Xàbia. It accommodates up to eight people. The living/dining room is with open fireplace, satellite-TV, digital TV and stereo unit. Bedrooms: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), shower/bidet/toilet and exit to the terrace; 1 room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine and steamer. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin and hydro massage shower. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin and hydro massage shower. The terrace is with terrace furniture, barbecue facilities and deck chairs. You can enjoy the lovely panoramic view of the sea and the resort. A washing machine, dryer, central heating and reserved parking (fenced, 3 cars) are available. Private facilities: garden 1600 m2 (fenced) with plants, swimming pool with built-in steps, outside shower. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenasl" 3 km, shingle beach 1 km.
