This is a 8-room house 380 m², in the district of Castellans, 2.5 km from the sea, with a private swimming pool and a garden, whilst it provides guests with a view of the sea. The property has a large living/dining room with an open fireplace and satellite-TV, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, as well as access to the terrace. On the lower ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and on the upper floor there are three more rooms and a bathroom. The house is equipped with central heating and a washing machine and has a fenced parking area for four cars. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, the sandy beach of Arenal is 3 km away.
