A single-family house "Adelfas" is situated in the district of Cap Marti, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 1 km from the sea. The five-room house was fully renovated in 2012. The living/dining room with an open fireplace and satellite-TV (flat screen TV). There are three bedrooms, each of them has a french bed and one of them has a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped in oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine. On the large terrace, a furniture, barbecue, deck chairs are to your disposal. Private: garden 740 m2 (fenced) with plants, swimming pool (3 x 6 m, 01.01.-31.12.). The supermarket is 500 m. away from the house, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 6 km.
