This is a 3-room apartment, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, with shared ground 2000m² that includes, a natural garden, an orchard, hot tub, basketball, badminton and a children's playground. The property has a living/dining room with satellite-TV, DVD, one open room with 2 beds, another room with 1 pull-out bed, an open kitchen, with a small dining table and a bathroom, including a separate WC. The apartment is equipped with electric heating, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, barbecue facilities, it has a furnished terrace, and a view of the mountains and the valley. There are wheelchair facilities in shower and WC, access ramps from the garage to the house and inside (13%), handrails (102 cm), doors (87 cm) and the height of the beds is 52 cm. Please note that the use of a car is essential and that the owner lives in the same residence.
