Old farmhouse which was renovated in 2001. It is situated outside of the resort, in a quiet, elevated position, 60 m. from the woods edge, in the countryside. Three-room farmhouse 100 m2 has simple and practical furnishings: living room with satellite-TV, gas heating and wood burning stove and an exit to the garden. Kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven and a dining table. Two showers/WC are available. In the two bedrooms there is an electric heating. A terrace and a garden with its furniture and barbeque are to your disposal. The supermarket and the bus stop are 400 m. away from the property. The walking and cycling paths are about 60 meters from the house. Nearby attractions: Puerto de la Cruz/ Playa de las Americas (45 minutos en coche). Hiking paths: Junto al Parque Forestal el Chincheyo (ideal senderismo o rutas en bibicleta), 1200 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Please note: car is essential.
