The 60 m2 apartment is bright with modern furnishings. Located in the resort, in the southern part of the region close by the sea, 600 m from the city centre and 1,7km from the 20 km long beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. The apartments has a living/dining room with 1 sofa bed (135 cm) and TV with Spanish channels. There is 1 room with 1 bed (135 cm). The open kitchen has a micro wave. The house has a washing machine and also terrace furniture. For shared use there is an angular swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.) and outside shower. You can also enjoy a private terrace (3 m2), garden furniture. A supermarket is located 75 m away and a shopping center is 2.2 km distance, there is a bar at 100 m and a bus stop just 500 m. The Sports harbour is 1 km from the apartment block. All shops, restaurants are in the resort. There is a disco, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Torrevieja has a natural park and 2 inland lakes. Weekly flea market every Friday. Water park "Aquopolis Torrevieja" and Sports harbour Marina Internacional are nearby the property. Activities in the proximities include, diving, sailing, surfing, tennis, golf (18 hole course in Orihuela Costa 8 km), minigolf, riding in Dehesa de Campoamor 10 km and also fishing, summer skiing, beach volley ball court. Walking paths, bicycles paths, mountain bike tracks, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, amusement park "Terra Mítica Terra Natura" is 100 km away.
