This 3-room apartment, on the upper floor, has simple furnishings and is located 4 km from the centre of Torrevieja, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the beach. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm) and 1 room with 1 bed (135 cm, without wardrobe). The living/dining room has a TV and air-conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped 2 hotplates and a micro wave and with a small bar. The house has a balcony (6 m2) and a terrace (40 m2). There is terrace furniture and a portable barbecue. The house also has facilities such as a washing machine. Well-known, busy resort, in the southern part of the region directly by the sea, 50 km south from Alicante, 67 km north-east from Murcia. All shops, restaurants, are in the resort. There is also disco, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions and indoor pool.
