This 3-room apartment on the ground floor, of a residence built in 1999 located 4 km from the centre of Torrevieja, in a sunny position, 400 m from the sea. There is a private swimming pool (3 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12). There is 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm) and 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). The living/dining room is 18 m2 with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a micro wave. There is a 10 square meter terrace with terrace furniture, including barbecue facilities. In the house there is also a washing machine. Well-known, busy resort, in the southern part of the region directly by the sea, 50 km south from Alicante, 67 km north-east from Murcia. All shops, restaurants, are in the resort. There is also disco, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions and indoor pool. Torrevieja has a natural park and 2 inland lakes. Weekly flea market every Friday. The sandy beach is 20 km long, with beach facilities, suitable for children. You can find several activities in the area such as the Water park "Aquopolis Torrevieja" and in the sports harbour Marina Internacional you can go diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school. Tennis and golf course (18 hole) in Orihuela Costa are ate 8 km, and 4 more golf courses within a radius from 8 - 12 km. Riding in Dehesa de Campoamor is at 10 km.
