Casa El Barco is a 4-room house with sea view, renovated and cosy furnishings. It is located 2.5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. It offers a living/dining room with satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and gas heating. From there you can exit to the garden, to the terrace and to the swimming pool. Its kitchen is equipped with oven, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine and wood burning stove. A washing machine and free internet is provided. Guests can enjoy the terrace with furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. For private use there is a garden 300 m2, swimming pool angular (depth 160 - 180 cm, 01.01.-31.12.), outside shower. Shop is in 1.1 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bar 1.1 km, sandy beach 2.5 km.
