The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages.

- Please note that the compulsory 'service charges' are: laundry supply (initial supply of bed linen and towels) and final cleaning.

-Please contact the Keyholder 1 week before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time.

-Please note: no elevator.

-On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation.

-The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Santa Pola in Gran Alacant, 6 km.
