This is a three bedrooms apartment, spacious and bright, located in a resort 300 m from the center of San Vicente, in a quiet, sunny position, 12 km from the sea. In the living/dining room there is a flat screen TV, air-conditioning and warm air heating. In the kitchen there are 4 hotplates, an oven, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. There is also a small terrace with furniture. Guests can also use the washing machine. For shared use with the resort there is the grounds (fenced), large, nice garden on different levels with lawn and plants, swimming pool (15.06.-15.09.)., paddling pool, outside shower, table tennis, terrace, barbecue, children's playground (slide). In the resort there is a lift and close by there are supermarkets 200 m, restaurants 300 m, bars 100 m, bus stop "San Vicente" 300 m, railway station "San Vicente" 500 m, sandy beach "San Juan Playa" 12 km, golf course (9 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Alicante 8 km, Benidorm 50 km.
