This two bedrooms terraced house is on 2 levels, spacious and bright, located on the outskirts Playa San Juan, outside the resort El Campello, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. In the living/dining room there is a TV and electric heating. Exit to the patio there is the swimming pool and terrace with furniture. In the open kitchen you will find a oven, freezer and an electric coffee machine. You can use the washing machine and the reserved parking (covered). For shared use with the complex there is the grounds (fenced), large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (30.04.-31.10.), outside shower. In the area there are supermarkets 1.2 km, restaurants 1.2 km, bars 600 m, sandy beach "El Campello" 1.5 km, sports harbour 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Alicante 15 km, Benidorm 35 km, Aqualandia 35 km, Mundomar Benidorm 35 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 35 km, Murcia 100 km. The use of the car is essential.
